It’s hard to imagine a better organized first-time Celebration of Smiles promotion than what Venice, California, photographer Wendy Waddell put together, using a city park as her location. Managing to raise $768 (3 smiles!) for her first outing, Wendy is really looking forward to next year so that she can use what she learned this year to host an even more successful event.
